          การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบของรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการ (BANGMOD Model) เพื่อพัฒนากระบวนการนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพผู้เรียนของโรงเรียนบางมดวิทยา “สีสุกหวาดจวนอุปถัมภ์” 2) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการ (BANGMOD Model) เพื่อพัฒนากระบวนการนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพผู้เรียนของโรงเรียนบางมด-วิทยา “สีสุกหวาดจวนอุปถัมภ์” 3) เพื่อตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการ (BANGMOD Model) เพื่อพัฒนากระบวนการนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพผู้เรียนของโรงเรียนบางมดวิทยา “สีสุกหวาดจวนอุปถัมภ์” 4) เพื่อศึกษาผลการใช้รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการ (BANGMOD Model) เพื่อพัฒนากระบวนการ นิเทศภายในสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพผู้เรียนของโรงเรียนบางมดวิทยา “สีสุกหวาดจวนอุปถัมภ์” โดยกำหนดวิธีดำเนินการวิจัยเป็น 4 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาองค์ประกอบรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการ (BANGMOD Model) เพื่อพัฒนากระบวนการนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพผู้เรียนของโรงเรียนบางมดวิทยา “สีสุกหวาดจวนอุปถัมภ์” โดยวิเคราะห์เอกสาร (Documentary Analysis) และงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมทั้งการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 10 คน ระยะที่ 2 การพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการ (BANGMOD Model) เพื่อพัฒนากระบวนการนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพผู้เรียนของโรงเรียนบางมดวิทยา “สีสุกหวาดจวนอุปถัมภ์”ใช้การยืนยันโดยประยุกต์ใช้เทคนิคเดลฟาย (Delphi Technique) จำนวน 3 รอบ สอบถามผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 15 คน ระยะที่ 3 การตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการ (BANGMOD Model) เพื่อพัฒนากระบวนการนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพผู้เรียนของโรงเรียนบางมดวิทยา “สีสุกหวาดจวนอุปถัมภ์” กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในระยะนี้ คือ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 30 คน โดยการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง (Purposive sampling) ระยะที่ 4 การใช้รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการ (BANGMOD Model) เพื่อพัฒนากระบวนการนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพผู้เรียนของโรงเรียนบางมดวิทยา “สีสุกหวาดจวนอุปถัมภ์” รองผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา จำนวน 4 คน ครูผู้สอน จำนวน 108 คน โดยการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง (Purposive sampling) และผู้ปกครองนักเรียน จำนวน 331 คน จากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง โดยใช้นักเรียนเป็นหน่วยในการสุ่ม สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่ามัธยฐาน และค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

          1. องค์ประกอบรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการ (BANGMOD Model) เพื่อพัฒนากระบวนการนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพผู้เรียนของโรงเรียนบางมดวิทยา “สีสุกหวาดจวนอุปถัมภ์”ประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบหลัก 18 องค์ประกอบย่อย และ 83 ตัวชี้วัด องค์ประกอบที่ 1 ด้านการบริหารจัดการ ประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบย่อย 21 ตัวชี้วัด องค์ประกอบที่ 2 ด้านกระบวนการนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษา ประกอบด้วย 7 องค์ประกอบย่อย 33 ตัวชี้วัด องค์ประกอบที่ 3 ด้านคุณภาพผู้เรียน ประกอบด้วย 7 องค์ประกอบย่อย 29 ตัวชี้วัด โดยมีความสอดคล้องกันอยู่ในระดับมากทุกตัวบ่งชี้

Research Title: Development of Management Model (BANGMOD Model) to Develop the Process Internal Supervision

         The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the components of the management model (BANGMOD Model) to develop the internal supervision process that affects the quality of students at Bangmodwittaya “Sisukwatjuan Uppatham” School, 2) to develop the management model (BANGMOD Model) to develop the internal supervision process that affects the quality of students at Bangmodwittaya “Sisukwatjuan Uppatham” School, 3) to try it out the appropriateness and feasibility of the management model (BANGMOD Model), to develop the internal supervision process that affects the quality of students at Bangmodwittaya “Sisukwatjuan Uppatham” School, 4) to study the results of using the management model (BANGMOD Model) to develop the internal supervision process that affects the quality of students at Bangmodwittaya “Sisukwatjuan Uppatham,” School by used mixed methodologies of quantitative and qualitative research, consisted four phases. The fist, studied of the components of the management model (BANGMOD Model) to developed an within-supervision process in educational institutions, that had an impact on the quality of students at Bangmodwittaya “Sisukwatjuan Uppatham,” School by analyzed documents (Documentary Analysis), and related research both domestically and internationally, including indept-interviewed 10 experts. The second, Developing a management model (BANGMOD Model) to develop an internal supervision process in educational institutions that has an impact on the quality of students at Bangmodwittaya “Sisukwatjuan Uppatham,” School used the Delphi Technique for confirmation for 3 rounds, interviewing 15 experts. The third, tried it out the appropriateness and feasibility of the management model (BANGMOD Model) to develop an internal supervision process in educational institutions that has an impact on the quality of students at Bangmodwittaya “Sisukwatjuan Uppatham,” School. The sample group used in this phase of research was 30 experts by purposive sampling. Finally, Using the management model (BANGMOD Model) to develop the supervision process in the educational institution that affects the quality of students at Bangmodwittaya “Sisukwatjuan Uppatham,” School 4 deputy directors of the educational institution, 108 teachers by purposive sampling, and 331 parents of students by purposive sampling. Students were in the sampling unit. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, median, and interquartile range.

Results: 

          1. The management model component consists of three majors, eighteen subs, and 83 indicators, namely, 1) management as 4 subs and 21 indicators, 2) process, 7 subs and 33 indicators, 3) student quality, consisting of 7 sub-components and 29 indicators, with high consistency in all indicators.

          2. Development of management model consists of Step 1: Study of current conditions, problems and needs; Step 2: Preparation for supervision; Step 3: Planning for supervision; Step 4: Supervision implementation; Step 5: Building morale and encouragement; Step 6: Evaluation of supervision results; Step 7: Reporting and improvement, with the following characteristics: 1) Management (PDCA) consists of (1) Planning (Plan-P); (2) Implementation according to plan (Do-D); (3) Inspection and evaluation (Check-C); and (4) Implementation of evaluation results for improvement (Act-A). 2) Supervision process within educational institutions BANGMOD Model consists of (1) Study of current conditions. Problems and needs (2) preparation for supervision (3) planning for supervision (4) implementation of supervision (5) building morale and encouragement (6) evaluation of supervision results (7) reporting and improvement and 3) learner quality, consisting of (1) communication skills (2) thinking skills (3) problem solving skills (4) life skills (5) technology skills (6) desirable characteristics and (7) self-directed learning skills.

          3. The suitability and feasibility of the model Overall, the suitability was at a high level ("X" = 4.29, S.D. = 0.66) and the feasibility was at a high level ("X" = 4.63, S.D. = 0.69). 

          4. The results of try it out the management model to develop the internal supervision process in educational institutions that affect the quality of students found that 1) Management according to the management model (BANGMOD Model) to develop the internal supervision process in educational institutions that affect the quality of students of Bangmodwitthaya "Sisukwatjuan Upatham" School according to the scope of internal supervision in educational institutions as a whole and in each aspect had an average value at a high level ("X" = 4.32, S.D. = 0.73). 2) The quality of students after trying it out the model as a whole and in each aspect The mean score was at a high level ("X" = 4.29, S.D. = 0.76). 3) The teachers' satisfaction with the overall model was at a high level ("X" = 4.33, S.D. = 0.74). 4) The parents' satisfaction with the overall quality of students was at a high level ("X" = 4.32, S.D. = 0.71).
