         การวิจัยเรื่อง การพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านปางขอน  สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 1 การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา  (Research and Development)  มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยเพื่อ  (1)  ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและแนวทางการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านปางขอน  สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 1                          (2)  สร้างและตรวจสอบรูปแบบการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านปางขอน  สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 1  (3)  นำรูปแบบการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านปางขอน  สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 1  สู่การปฏิบัติจริง  และ(4)  ประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านปางขอน  สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 1  ผู้ให้ข้อมูลได้แก่  ครูโรงเรียนบ้านปางขอน  จำนวน  14  คน  เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย  ได้แก่  แบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบสอบถาม  สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย  ได้แก่  ค่าความถี่  ค่าร้อยละ  ค่าเฉลี่ย  และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

          ผลการวิจัยพบว่า        

          1.  ผลการศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและแนวทางการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านปางขอน  สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 1

ผลการวิเคราะห์เอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวของศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านปางขอน  สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 1  พบว่า  การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วม  ประกอบด้วย  4  องค์ประกอบ  ได้แก่  1)  การมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ  2)  การมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงาน  3)  การมีส่วนร่วมในผลประโยชน์ และ 4)  การมีส่วนร่วมในการประเมินผล  และทักษะอาชีพ  ประกอบด้วย  5  องค์ประกอบ  ได้แก่  ทักษะกระบวนการทำงาน  ทักษะกระบวนการแก้ปัญหา  ทักษะการทำงานร่วมกัน  ทักษะการแสวงหาความรู้ในการทำงาน  และทักษะการจัดการ  ผลการสัมภาษณ์แนวทางการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านปางขอน  สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 1  โรงเรียนที่มีการปฏิบัติเป็นเลิศ  (Best Practice)  ด้านการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพของนักเรียน  จำนวน  2  โรงเรียน  ได้แก่  โรงเรียนบ้านแม่ข้าวต้มท่าสุด  สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 1  และโรงเรียนบ้านดู่ (สหราษฎร์พัฒนาคาร)  สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 1  สัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน  ครูวิชาการ  และครูผู้สอน  และผลการศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและแนวทางการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านปางขอน  สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 1  ผลการศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของโรงเรียนบ้านปางขอน  สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 1  พบว่า  ระดับความคิดเห็นโดยภาพรวม  อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง  ผลการศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันการพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านปางขอน  สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 1  พบว่า  ระดับความคิดเห็นโดยภาพรวม  อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง

          2.  ผลการสร้างและตรวจสอบรูปแบบการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านปางขอน  สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 1 ประกอบด้วย  4  องค์ประกอบ  ได้แก่  หลักการของรูปแบบ  วัตถุประสงค์ของรูปแบบ  ขั้นตอนวิธีดำเนินการ  และการวัดผลและประเมินผล  และผลการตรวจสอบร่างรูปแบบการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านปางขอน  สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 1  โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ  พบว่า  ระดับความคิดเห็นความเป็นไปได้  โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก  ระดับความคิดเห็นความถูกต้อง  โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก  และผลการตรวจสอบคู่มือการใช้รูปแบบการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านปางขอน  สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 1 โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ  พบว่า  ระดับความคิดเห็นความเป็นไปได้  โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก  และระดับความคิดเห็นความถูกต้อง  โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก  

          3.  ผลการนำรูปแบบการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านปางขอน  สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 1  สู่การปฏิบัติจริง                   ผลการศึกษาการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านปางขอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 1  พบว่า  ระดับความคิดเห็น  โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด  ผลการศึกษาทักษะอาชีพของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านปางขอน  สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 1  พบว่า  ระดับความคิดเห็นโดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด  และผลความพึงพอใจของครูที่มีต่อรูปแบบการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านปางขอน  สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 1  พบว่า  โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

4. ผลการประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านปางขอน  สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 1  พบว่า  ระดับความคิดเห็นความเหมาะสม  โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด  และระดับความคิดเห็นความเป็นประโยชน์  โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด  ผลการประเมินคู่มือการใช้รูปแบบการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านปางขอน  สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 1  พบว่า  ระดับความคิดเห็นความเหมาะสม  โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด  และระดับความคิดเห็นความเป็นประโยชน์  โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด  

            

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Abstract

 

Title       Development of the participatory management model to develop the

             vocational skills of students at Ban Pangkhon School under the office of the

             Primary Educational Service Area Chiang Rai Area 1.

            Research on Development of the participatory management model to         develop the vocational skills of students at Ban Pangkhon School under the office of the Primary Educational Service Area Chiang Rai Area 1. This study was the research and development study. The objective of the research was to study (1) the current situation and participatory management approach to develop the vocational skills of students at Ban Pangkhon School under the office of the Chiang Rai Primary                 Educational Service Area1. (2) Create and examine the participatory management model to develop the vocational skills of students at Ban Pangkhon School under the office of the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 1. (3) Implement the             participatory management model to develop the vocational skills of students at Ban Pangkhon School under the office of the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 1 into actual practice and (4) Evaluate the participatory management model to            develop the vocational skills of students at Ban Pangkhon School under the office of the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 1. The informants were 14 teachers from Ban Pangkhon School. The research instruments were interviews and                 questionnaires. The statistics used in the research were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

            The research results found that

            1.  Results of the study of the current situation and participatory management guidelines to develop the vocational skills of students at Ban Pangkhon School under the office of the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 1. Results of document analysis and related research studies on participatory management approaches to       develop the vocational skills of students at Ban Pangkhon School under the office of the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 1. It was found that participatory             management consists of 4 elements: 1) Participation in decision making 2) Participation in operations 3) Participation in benefits and 4) participation in the evaluation and      professional skills consist of 5 elements: work skills, problem solving skills, knowledge seeking skills and management skills. Interview results of participatory management approach to develop the vocational skills of students at Ban Pangkhon School under the office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 1. Schools with outstanding performance participatory management to develop the vocational skills of students in 2 schools: Ban Mae Khao Tom Tha Sut School and Ban Du School (Saharat Phatthana Kham) Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. Interviews with school    administrators, academic teachers and teaching staff and the results of the current study and participatory management approaches to develop the vocational skills of        students at Ban Pangkhon School under the office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 1.The results of the study of the current situation of participatory          management of Ban Pangkhon School under the office of the Chiang Rai Primary                Educational Service Area 1 found that the overall level of opinion was at the moderate level. The results of the study on the current situation to develop the vocational skills of students at Ban Pangkhon School under the office of the Chiang Rai Primary                   Educational Service Area 1 found that the overall level of opinion was at the moderate level.

            2. Results of the development and examination of the participatory management model to develop the vocational skills of students at Ban Pangkhon School under the office of the Primary Educational Service Area Chiang Rai Area 1. Principles of the model, objectives of the model, procedures for implementation and measurement and evaluation. And the results of the examination of the participatory management model to develop the vocational skills of students at Ban Pangkhon School under the office of the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 1 by         qualified persons found that level of feasibility opinion overall, it was at high level and the level of correctness of opinions overall, it was at high level and the results of the inspection of the manual for using participatory management model to develop         the vocational skills of students at Ban Pangkhon School under the office of the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 1. The experts found that the overall level of opinions on feasibility was at high level and the overall level of opinions on correctness was at high level.

            3. The results of implementing the participatory management model to       develop the vocational skills of students at Ban Pangkhon School under the office of the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 1 into practice the results of the study on participatory management to develop the vocational skills of students at Ban Pangkhon School under the office of the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 1 found that the overall level of opinion was at maximum level. The results of the study of vocational skills of students at Ban Pangkhon School under the Office of the            Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 1 found that the overall level of opinion was at maximum level and the results of teachers' satisfaction with the participatory management model to  develop the vocational skills of students at Ban Pangkhon School under the office of the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 1 found that overall it was at maximum level.

            4. Results of the evaluation of the participatory management model to        develop the vocational skills of students at Ban Pangkhon School under the office of the Primary Educational Service Area Chiang Rai Area 1. It was found that the overall level of opinions regarding appropriateness was at maximum level and the overall level of usefulness was at maximum level. The results of the evaluation of the manual for using participatory management model to develop the vocational skills of students at Ban Pangkhon School under the office of the Primary Educational Service Area Chiang Rai Area 1 found that the overall level of opinions on appropriateness was at maximum level, and the overall level of opinions on usefulness was at maximum level.
